A Few Things I've done to help with my Anxiety
1. Read The Anxiety and Phobia Workbook
This book written by Edmund J. Bourne, PH.D. breaks down step-by-step how to guide/workbook that guides you though anxiety. Great book filled with ways to help assist you with your anxiety.
2. Read Mindful Money
This book written by Jonathan K DeYoe. This book discusses how to reach your financial goals while increasing your happiness. Easy to follow book jam-packed with tips of how to live a happy life while achieving your financial goals.
3. Created a Profile on Upwork and Fiverr
After absorbing these two books above (and very many after that) with specific objectives and measurables I went on to create a Upwork and Fiverr to start my freelancing career working for myself.
